At Kika Jewelry, we take pride in offering high-quality 316L stainless steel, 18k gold-plated pieces, and natural moissanite designed to accompany real people in their everyday lives. We want you to love every piece you receive; however, we understand that sometimes an item might not meet your expectations.

Below you will find the detailed terms of our return, exchange, and refund process.

1. Return Window

 You have a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date of your order (as per the carrier's tracking information) to notify us and request a return or exchange.

 If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

 It must be completely unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

 It must be in its original packaging (including branded boxes, velvet pouches, and tags).

 For hygiene and consumer protection safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they present a clear manufacturing defect upon delivery.

3. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

 KIKABOX and Mystery Boxes: Items purchased as part of a KIKABOX are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged individually, unless a specific piece arrives damaged.

 Sale/Clearance Items: Items purchased from our sale section or using final clearance discounts are not eligible for returns or refunds.

4. Process by Customer Type

A. Retail Customers

If you purchased through our website for personal use:

1 Email our support team at [Your Support Email] or contact us through our website with your order number and photos of the item.

2 Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

3 Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part or a manufacturing defect.

B. Wholesale Customers

For automated wholesale orders:

 Because wholesale orders are processed at factory-direct pricing, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or slow inventory turnover.

 Defective or Damaged Goods Warranty: If any piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, you must report it with detailed photos and videos within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Once validated, we will issue a store credit toward your next order or process a refund for the affected piece.

5. Logistics and Shipping Disclaimers

 Incorrect Addresses: Kika Jewelry is not responsible for packages that fail to deliver due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information provided by the customer at checkout.

 International Shipping & Couriers: For international customers (North America, Europe, and Latin America) and customers in the Dominican Republic using US-based freight forwarders/couriers: The 14-day return window begins the moment the package is marked as "Delivered" to the final shipping address registered in the Shopify order.

6. Refunds

 Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 Payment Method: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank).

 Store Credit Alternative: If preferred, we can issue a digital store credit/discount code for the value of the item, which you can use immediately on your next purchase.
