Materials: At Kika Jewelry, we accurately describe the materials of our pieces (316L Stainless Steel, 18k Gold Plating, Moissanite, etc.). However, product images may slightly vary in color or brightness depending on your device’s screen settings.

Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

Section 4 - Special Terms for Wholesale Customers

If you access our automated wholesale platform, you agree to the following exclusive commercial terms:

Purchase Boundaries: We reserve the right to set minimum order requirements (e.g., minimum total pieces or items per design) directly on the platform.

Factory Pricing: Because you benefit from factory-direct wholesale pricing, all orders are final. No cancellations are allowed once the order has been synchronized and processed through our automated ERP system.

Reselling: Wholesalers are permitted to resell the jewelry under their own brand or ours. Wholesalers are fully responsible for the customer service of their own final buyers.

Section 5 - Shipping, Logistics, and International Couriers

Shipping Address: It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Kika Jewelry is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address entries at checkout.

International Freight Forwarders & Couriers: For international customers or customers in the Dominican Republic utilizing US-based courier services or freight forwarders: Our delivery responsibility ends once the package is marked as successfully delivered by our carrier to the designated US courier address. Any subsequent damage, loss, or customs delay between the US courier and the final destination country is the sole responsibility of the customer’s chosen freight forwarder.

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Section 6 - Third-Party Tools and Links

Certain tools, automation apps, or links available through our Service (such as payment gateways and ERP fulfillment trackers) may direct you to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, privacy policies, or accuracy of these external platforms.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability.
